Description
The project involved the construction of two tunnels between the future mixed-use large development Hullmark Centre and the existing TTC Sheppard-Yonge Station. Two ventilation shafts were also constructed for the TTC Station.

Intricate structural tie-ins were required under Yonge Street to the existing and operational TTC station.for the exhaust shafts while existing exits were tied into for the pedestrian walkways.

The work also included the fit out of the new ticket booth.

Description

Description
Added two new elevators in existing facility, new bus loop pavement and lighting. Added new power operated doors and new eye-catching signage.

The largest challenge was the restricted site. Together with the TTC and with the homeowners' cooperation, we were able to complete this project professionally and on time and budget despite all the constraints we faced.

Description
This project consisted of a conversion of an existing second-floor exterior balcony area to interior space to create the new administrative offices for the Graduate House. This involved extensive structural steel work as well as roofing, EIFS, and aluminum windows.

The newly reclaimed space was combined with a complete renovation of the existing offices to create new office and meeting space as well as reception area. The use of glass and sleek millwork throughout provided a beautiful light-filled space for the University's use.

Description
Construction of a new lateral platform and connecting bridge to new 700-foot island platform located between the east and westbound tracks at the Oshawa VIA Rail / GO Station.

Access to the tracks is by stairs and elevators in both the new lateral and island platform buildings (total 11,000 sq. ft.)

All work was completed while both CN and GO maintained all normal rail operations

Description
This 60,000 square feet, four story, 75 unit apartment building with 29 accessible units was constructed in 17 months.

The project included clearing the site and installing all new services.

The building structure consisted of poured concrete foundation, wood frame structure with brick and EIFS exterior.

The interior finishes included two elevators, garbage chute, central laundry facilities on each floor, offices, library and community room.

Description
This project consisted of a $6 million renovation/retrofit to an existing 100-year-old, 4-story building at 215 King Street East, and is to house George Brown College Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts.

A new state of the art street-level restaurant, “The Chef’s House” was created. This high-end restaurant is open to the public and features an open kitchen with flat screen monitors throughout so patrons can experience their meals being created by the student chefs.

The upper floors have been renovated to offer up-to-date teaching facilities and classrooms.

Description
The project involved the demolition of existing assembly lines and the installation of 7 new lines for the manufacture of the Gen 5 engine. The Civil work involved the construction of new slabs and the revisions to the structural steel. The work was fast-tracked with a 3-month schedule improvement. The turnover back to GM involved the coordination and integration with several of the GM Original Equipment Manufacturers.
