Description
The project involved the demolition of existing assembly lines and the installation of 7 new lines for the manufacture of the Gen 5 engine. The Civil work involved the construction of new slabs and the revisions to the structural steel. The work was fast-tracked with a 3-month schedule improvement. The turnover back to GM involved the coordination and integration with several of the GM Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Description
Scope was a renovation of the Gordon Willey C-Wing Ground Floor. Included in the scope was new mechanical upgrades and replacement of lighting & ceilings, as well as new data and communications for each new lab. The project also included new flooring, painting doors and offices for staff. The College auditorium was completely renovated with new lighting, mechanical upgrades, epoxy flooring, painting and new seating.

Description
The project included working around daily operations, the scope of work included concrete cutting and installing new footings for the structural steel. Dust protection and safety were key to implementing a successful project. The mezzanine was constructed of structural steel and metal deck with a concrete topping. The purpose of the expansion was to provide more space for product distribution.

Description
Wendat Senior's Residence is a new 20,000sf 23-bed facility in Penetanguishene, Ontario. This "Not-for-profit" facility will service 28 persons annually as well as provide non-resident meal programming and structured day programming.

Construction scheduling was manipulated to suit the Owner's funding with the site clearing and site servicing, including stormwater retention ponds, beingcompleted in late 2013, with building foundations/basement done in late 2014, and the balance of the building being done in 2015.

The wood framed single story structure is completed with stone and brick exterior, vinyl windows, and aluminum entrance doors. Interior finishes include drywall, paint, VCT flooring, ceramic tile, millwork and a full-service kitchen with walk-in cooler/freezer and gas range with fire suppression exhaust hood.

Description
The project consisted of demolishing and removing 2 old ice rink pads and installing 2 new pads, including new hockey boards and new refrigeration for the ice rinks. The project also included a new elevator with associated structural work for the elevator shaft at the front entrance, and some interior renovations to the washrooms.

Description
The project consisted of renovating an existing office building complete with the warehouse. It also included new wash bays, new lifts for vehicle maintenance and new weigh scale. Part of the project was to construct a new salt storage facility, a canopy for vehicles and a new fuel station as part of the new operations center. New mechanical and electrical upgrades, including a new security system, was completed for the building.

Description:
The project consisted of renovating an existing 2-story building and improving some of the exterior features. Construction included demolition and abatement of existing conditions, upgrading mechanical and electrical systems, new communications and data, all new flooring, ceilings and painting throughout, as well as new millwork to fill the spaces. The exterior improvements featured new roofing, EIFS and new storefront glazing.
